WHAT DO WE DO ➟

  • Develop strength and power using age-appropriate methods  
  • Introduce proper sprinting, jumping, and change-of-direction mechanics
  • Build movement efficiency and technical consistency   

Purpose of level one training ➟

We place a strong emphasis on teaching correct technique first — mastering how to move before asking athletes to move fast or with power. This sets the stage for safe and effective progression into higher levels of performance.

As athletes grow and mature, we gradually individualize the training process to meet their specific needs, sports, and physical development. Our goal is to help them transition into more advanced training with confidence, body awareness, and a solid performance base.
