Young athletes can improve strength by 30% to 50% after just 8 to 12 weeks of a well-designed training program, when led by qualified coaches.

Working out and maintaining the health of your body is an important part of training for any sport. Working with our performance coaches at IPT will ensure you safe and quality workouts every time.

Injury Prevention ➟

70% of injuries in the weight room of youth athletes are caused by coaches progressing athletes too fast, improper form, or no supervision. 

Our trainers are highly qualified and understand the importance of gradual improvement. Overloading an athlete does not mean they are getting better. Our workouts are designed to best fit the athletes ability and body type.

We specialize our workouts to fit your needs. Although we are a basketball training facility, we also train all different types of athletes on the weights side. We specialize our workouts to fit your sport, position, and your body type.
